My name is James Lanphier, Compliance for Rapidstaff with over 7 years of experience working in the medical staffing industry. Prior to joining Rapidstaff in 2022, I was a Lead Credentialing Specialist and Recruiter with Fastaff/US Nursing corporation, spending the last 7 years traveling across the country to provide nursing and allied staff to hospitals involved in labor disputes so they can continue to service their patients and their communities. My goal is to further my healthcare staffing career in the sales realm by connecting our communities with the medical staff needed to provide superior healthcare to patients.

I have a passion for fishing, outdoor sports and traveling and would love to travel to New Zealand someday to fly fish in their rivers.
