Specialties Needed: RN Specialties (Cath Lab, ENDO, ER, ICU, Inpatient Rehab, IR, L&D, Med Surg, OBS (Observation), OR, PACU, TELE)
Location: Michigan
Pay: Starting at $105 per hour + Per Diem
Other Details: Single accommodations provided + Paid for RT Airfare + Paid for Courtesy Transportation Daily if needed + Induction Pay
Minimum Guarantee: 36 hours (inclusive of orientation)
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting observations and reporting any changes to the healthcare team
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe and clean working environment
- Assist with the coordination of patient care, including scheduling appointments, arranging referrals, and coordinating with other healthcare providers
Requirements:
- Must hold a current and active Michigan state license as a Registered Nurse
- AHA BLS
- Certain specialties require: AHA ACLS, PALS, NRP, CPI, AWHONN & others
- Immunizations and physical must be provided within 5 days of recruiter submission
